Although, the ownership of deliverables is on QA, the candidate should

• Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple technical teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, portfolio, and business stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Identify and manage program risks and dependencies, proactively mitigating potential issues.
• Facilitate regular status updates, reporting, and cross-functional communication.
• Ensure alignment between technical deliverables and business priorities through structured governance.
• Improve program execution through process optimization, tooling, and best practices.
• Partner with leadership to define KPIs, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience, with at least 2 years leading data
• Solid understanding of data platforms (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, real-time streaming), cloud services, and modern analytics tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
