What To Expect
As an Technical Program Manager, Data Engineering, you will own the engineering data pipeline for one or more distinct engineering programs from inception to industrialization. You will work in lock step with engineering and program management stakeholders to distill product and program requirements into a consumable engineering data structure and then shepherd the population and delivery of that data structure according to the needs of the program. You will function as the human glue affixing engineering data to business need.
What You'll Do
Define the product structures, configuration libraries, and access control schema for new programs within CAD/PLM systems and internal engineering toolsExecute product structure population, evolution, and consolidation activities according to program requirements and milestonesDefine requirements for product structure data consolidation, augmentation, configuration, and integration and implement these requirements into internal engineering tools Create and maintain dashboards to assess the quality and maturity of the program data continuously and in real timeComplete program data audits according to program needs and milestones
What You'll Bring
Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience2+ years experience in the use of industry-standard PLM/CAD products (Enovia 3DX/Catia V6) in the context of multidisciplinary (HW/SW) consumer product design2+ years' program/project management experience, including at least one complete product development cycleExcellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functionally environmentExcellent organization and delegation skills with ability to own the product roadmap and schedule with a track record of delivering projects on-timeAbility to inspire confidence in multiple layers of management from executive to associate levels, as the face of your programsPreferred: Experience with manufacturing/procurement systems, tools, and methods commonly interfacing with PLM systemsDefine the product structures, configuration libraries, and access control schema for new programs within CAD/PLM systems and internal engineering toolsExecute product structure population, evolution, and consolidation activities according to program requirements and milestones

Expected Compensation
$100,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
