Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Contract Duration: 4 months (with possible 6-month extension)

Locations: Multiple U.S. Data Centers (including 3 headcount in Council Bluffs; others have 1 opening each)

Work Setup: Fully Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to join the Data Center Quality & Reliability team supporting Google’s Technical Infrastructure Division. TPMs will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence by monitoring data center device health, identifying issues, and reporting quality metrics to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor quality metrics across multiple hardware platforms within data centers.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and drive actionable insights.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams and onsite technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare visual presentations and dashboards to summarize findings for senior TPMs and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with teams on issue resolution and drive problems to closure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, or other production-focused environments.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization using dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, Excel).
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to convert data insights into visual reports.
• Familiarity with SQL or Python scripting is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Candidates must be willing to relocate at their own expense if required and be onsite from Day 1.
