Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and its real-world impact on the built environment? We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to help lead next-generation AI initiatives for a suite of AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) software products.


This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Gen AI and the AEC industry—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys bringing clarity to complexity.


💡 What You'll Do:

  • Drive the execution of AI/ML product initiatives that integrate into large-scale industry platforms
  • Manage multiple technical workstreams across teams of ML engineers, researchers, and product leaders
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders—translating between technical and business audiences
  • Run special projects focused on deploying new AI-driven features and experiences
  • Help create operational structure in a dynamic and rapidly scaling team


🧠 What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Technical Program Management (\
  • AEC knowledge (construction, engineering, planning, or architecture) or experience.
  • Worked on projects relating to AI or Data.
  • Proven ability to communicate across tech and business, especially with senior leaders
  • Someone who excels in ambiguity, loves building structure, and thrives when creating order from chaos


✅ Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with generative AI or data pipelines
  • Exposure to tools like Revit or familiarity with BIM workflows
  • A background in engineering, urban planning, construction tech, or similar industries
