Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Carlsbad/ San Diego, California

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong customer-facing experience to join our team in San Diego, California. In this hybrid role, you will serve as a key technical liaison between our engineering team and customers—providing hands-on support in the field while ensuring our solutions align with customer requirements. You’ll work closely with the sales team to identify technical needs, define solutions, and drive successful implementations. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on cutting-edge technologies, and help shape innovative solutions that deliver real impact.

Responsibilities:

·    Define program goals, successful metrics, schedules, and milestones.

·    Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and products.

·    Drive end-to-end execution of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and QA teams.

·    Track project status, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.

·    Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during onboarding and integration.

·    Understand customer use cases and guide technical solution and implementation.

·    Work closely with Sales and Product to gather customer requirements and provide feedback.

·    Provide technical support, product demos, and hands-on support to ensure customer success.

·    Serve as a communication hub between engineering and sales team.

Qualifications:

·    Bachelor's degree in mechanical, engineering or a related field

·    3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a customer-facing position

·    Progressive experience in at least two of the following technologies:

-      RF cable/connectors, antennas

-      Knowledge of RF/wireless technologies.

·    Excellent communication, customer relationship and interpersonal skills

·    Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

·    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·    Mandarin is a plus.
