Job Description:

We are hiring a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and execute large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Agile methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and a strong track record of delivering complex software projects within dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project delivery across the software development lifecycle using Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Unblock barriers impacting development teams and provide mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage project priorities, schedules, and dependencies.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a Program Manager in fast-paced tech environments.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in matrixed organizations.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and other delivery frameworks.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, TDD, BDD, and Agile metrics (burn-down, velocity, etc.).
• Technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications: PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Adaptability to change and strong attention to detail.
