About The Role

The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across RnD, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires technical acumen, cross-functional leadership, and expertise in managing dependencies across multiple teams.The role directly reports to Sr.VP of Engineering

Program Leadership

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive the successful execution of programs (product development, R&D initiatives, etc.).
• Track program, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with Engineering, Product, and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the leaders and their teams to drive important initiatives in the org.
• Provide clarity on various programs and initiatives.
  
  

Project & Process Management

• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Track progress and report to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Act as a bridge between Engineering, Product and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Provide executive updates on program health, risks, and trade-offs.
• Manage expectations with leadership, and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Work with leadership to re ne processes to enhance team ef ciency and delivery predictability.
• Promote a culture of accountability, predictability, and collaboration.
  
  

Skills We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Project Management: Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of addressing complex technical and project-related issues.
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, or a related eld. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
