Role Overview
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will play a crucial role in orchestrating the successful delivery of complex product development within the technology org. They will effectively bridge the gap between technology and business objectives. Imagine a role where your tech savvy meets your knack for program management, creating a perfect blend that drives our product development to new heights. Key Responsibilities
Program Management: Lead the end-to-end management of product development process, ensuring that the deliverables are shipped on time, within scope, and budget
Process Ownership: Ensures that the defined processes are adhered to the T. Should be able to provide insights and guidance to the team on processes. Drive initiatives to optimize and improve processes, as needed
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, quality assurance, and customer success teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones
Risk Management: Actively calls out risks and tracks mitigation
Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner
Qualifications
● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira
● 4-5 years of relevant experience
● Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
● Experience in technical program management, in a software development context
● Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project portfolios
● Sense of humor
