Summary

Endeavour’s Pact group has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Program Manager to join the team, working directly with Pact Fuels part of Endeavour Inspired Infrastructure and focusing on driving technical programs for new technologies to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

  • Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value programs across the Pact portfolio of technologies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Customer Interface: Work closely with the commercial team to ensure objectives of projects underway align with customer expectations, managing expectations across a cross-functional team, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Schedule and Budget Management: Develop and track overall program success, driving budget, project prioritization and schedules. Ensuring on-time and on-cost delivery for accountability.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure successful outcomes.Identifying key resource gaps and technical risks and incorporate into individual project plans.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with R&D, engineering, external partners, and business development teams to drive program success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop multi-generational plans for technology to determine line extension growth or new technology investments.
  • Management Reporting: Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and internal processes. Provide concise, effective, and frequent updates to senior leadership.


Skills & Requirements

Education / Experience

  • Technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Bachelor of Science at a minimum with a preference to additional certifications.
  • 10 years of work experience scaling up technologies in a related field
  • Past people leadership preferred but not required
