Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor who can bridge the gap between business and engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact programs across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across product, engineering, and business teams
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans with clearly defined milestones and deliverables
• Drive planning, prioritization, risk management, and execution of multiple concurrent projects
• Collaborate closely with engineering leads to define architecture, scalability, and performance plans
• Define and track key program metrics to report progress to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure engineering best practices are followed and improve team velocity through agile methodologies
• Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and process inefficiencies, and proactively resolve them
• Communicate program updates clearly and concisely to executives and other stakeholders
• Facilitate strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights
• Lead cross-functional reviews, post-mortems, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and external partner engagement if applicable
  
  

Required Skillsets

• Proven experience in managing large, complex technical programs or projects across distributed teams
• Strong technical background with understanding of software engineering concepts, system architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and other modern project management methodologies
• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus
