Summary

DESCRIPTION The Amazon Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) organization is focused on building world-class general-purpose intelligence services. Its primary mission involves developing highly autonomous systems through novel model architectures, learning, and inference strategies. The team works on creating a family of new Generative AI models and applications that are efficient and capable. As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) within the AGI Security team, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and driving security initiatives to ensure that AGI large language models and applications meet the highest security standards and maintain customer trust. You will partner with applied scientists, software engineers, and TPMs in the AGI organization to identify security requirements, prioritize security features, and integrate security measures throughout the development lifecycle. You will manage the execution of security assessments, and penetration testing- ensuring that prioritization is aligned with launch dates. Key job responsibilities 1. Work in tandem with AGI teams to understand their launch roadmaps to correctly prioritize security reviews and penetration tests 2. Influence AGI teams to adopt secure by default systems and processes 3. Communicate security risk effectively to builders, stakeholders, partners, and leadership to prioritize and drive the resolution of discovered security issues 4. Develop, maintain and prepare metric reports for leadership on the state of the security program 5. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of technical product or program management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or AI-related fields. * 2+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience * Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for various audiences, including leadership. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience * Hands-on experience with AWS basic security building blocks (IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, etc.) and their effective utilization for security controls. * Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in the context of large language models and generative AI.
