Summary

This position will be responsible for effectively executing live and pre-recorded shows in a studio and/or remote environment. This role will operate various equipment (camera, audio, visual, graphics, lighting) used for corporate production, live events, and content creation. Essential Functions: * Execute a range of production types such as studio shoots, onsite live shots and remote/hybrid streaming events. * Contributes to the production and post-production workflows (handling and preparing assets for editing) as well as communicating and interacting with clients who have a range of video experience. * Operate and manage live video production using vMix software, including switching, graphics integration, multi-camera setups, and live streaming to various platforms. * Helps create custom virtual video experiences for the company network. * Manages individual remote broadcast events as well as facilitates live broadcasts with internal and external clients. * Assists with troubleshooting technical problems and effectively resolving roadblocks as they occur. * Collaborates with editorial staff regarding media management. Minimum Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience * Years of Experience: 2-4 Years * Years of Management: No Experience Needed Preferred Licensing, Certifications and Skills: * Experience building a show, operating an audio console and technical directing * Familiarity with vMix and StreamYard * Thorough knowledge of Zoom Meetings and Webinars * Knowledge of NDI Tools * Experience in Adobe CC Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) and various online live streaming platforms. * Fluency with Sony Cinema cameras * Experience shooting with DJI Gimbals or similar setup * MAC and PC operating experience in a production environment Standard Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Technical/Functional Expertise: Has knowledge of the job, function, department and its impact on customers, continues to learn and grow, stays current on changes in process, policy and function, and fulfills responsibilities of the job * Customer & Relationship Focus: Anticipates and delivers on customer needs, manages internal/external relationships, respectful of team, resolves problems, responds with tact and diplomacy, shares pride of the brand to customers, preserves the culture * Decision Quality: Makes sound decisions quickly, gathers information, considers long-term repercussions of decisions, is accountable for decisions * Drives for Results and Quality: Takes ownership of job assignments and productivity, takes initiative, focuses on the quality and quantity of results, sets priorities and meets deadlines and keeps management apprised of progress Hire Range/Rate: $65,000 - $80,000 Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below.
