Responsibilities:

Define & Prioritize Product Backlog – Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and maintain a well-prioritized backlog.

Bridge Business and Technology – Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure development teams understand the technical goals.

Product Vision & Strategy – Develop and communicate a clear group backlog aligned with company goals.

Sprint Planning & Execution – Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure smooth development cycles.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Partner with Company teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.

Product Quality – Conduct product reviews to ensure all the features standards are met before release.

API & System Design Oversight – Provide guidance on API design, data models, and solution architecture decisions.

Support Technical Debt Management – Work with engineering teams to refactor and improve existing systems while balancing new feature development.

Stakeholder Communication – Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring both understand priorities and constraints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of technical product owner experience.
• Previous experience as a software engineer, solutions architect is a strong advantage.
• Experience working on platform, product cores, engines software is a strong advantage.
• Expirience to highly regulated industries such as fintech is a strong advantage.
• Expirience with global enterprise companies is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native technologies.
