Scion Technology has been engaged to lead a
Technical Product Manager search on behalf of our client, an innovative, mission-driven workforcecompany based in
Scottsdale, AZ.
This role is ideal for candidates with a background in software development or system architecture who thrive in a data-driven, technical product environment. You will play a key role in managing API integrations, data platforms, and internal developer tools, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

What You Will Do:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Develop and manage a product roadmap informed by data, research, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Translate customer feedback and business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead product development from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery of impactful features.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on insights and data.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, acting as the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle.
What You Will Need:
- 35 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineering, system architecture) with API integration, cloud tech (AWS, GCP, Azure), or data pipelines.
- 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on technical products.
- Proven ability to manage complex product roadmaps and deliver technical projects in Agile environments.
- Strong proficiency in translating technical requirements into business-friendly language and actionable product plans.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
