As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Product Manager / Owner to join our team and take a leading role in shaping Flowto — our intelligent automation and integration platform.

Flowto powers hundreds of millions of automations every year, enabling organizations to connect systems intelligently, streamline processes, and run sophisticated marketing automation — all in one platform. It offers advanced segmentation capabilities based on both existing data and dynamically learned insights from incoming data streams, empowering businesses to act smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Flowto, balancing strategic direction and execution
• Serve as the key liaison between clients, developers, designers, and internal teams
• Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear, actionable specifications
• Drive daily collaboration with product teammates to build and improve features
• Foster strong client relationships to understand their goals and ensure product success
• Define, prioritize, and track tasks and milestones to ensure on-time delivery and ongoing quality
• Support the development team by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with user needs
• Continuously explore new ideas to improve product value, usability, and performance

Requirements

• BSc in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong technical understanding — especially in SaaS, automation, APIs, and system integration
• Hands-on experience with Programming Languages & SQL — ability to query and interpret data independently
• Solid understanding of system analysis, data flows, and process modeling
• Experience working with no-code/low-code tools or business process automation platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Organized and proactive with excellent project and time management skills
• Fast learner with the ability to understand and work on complex systems (CRM, automation, data platforms)
• A collaborative team player who brings energy, clarity, and focus to the team
