Develop and maintain the technology product roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders, including business owners and technology leaders, to introduce new products or enhance/support existing ones.
Provide strategic direction and vision for product development.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Partner with Project Management teams to define schedules, manage risks, and address issues effectively.
Create and refine user and data flow documentation to align diverse stakeholders.
Act as the Product Owner for the scrum team, providing daily guidance through detailed requirements and functional specifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for scope elaboration, ensuring timely and budget-compliant feature releases.
Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
Utilize various technologies and act as a bridge between stakeholders to address complex business challenges.
Collaborate with stakeholders, scrum teams, and other partners to identify and resolve product gaps.
Organize and present data effectively to non-technical audiences.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address queries during the process.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in a related field.
Preferred certifications: PSPO, CSPO, CSM.
