We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager for Mobility & IoT within our Product Management organization in TDC Erhverv. In this exciting role, you will be one of our technical experts and drivers for activities within Mobility & IoT.

Core Responsibilities

In your role as a Technical Product Manager, you will guide the technical direction of our product roadmap and development process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to create, build, and improve products that reflect our strategic goals. You will collaborate with the Product Team for Mobility & IoT, taking charge of defining product specifications for IT and other development teams, while ensuring effective product launches. To thrive in your position, you will partner closely with the Commercial Product Manager and other Technical Product Managers within the team. Your contribution to the team will involve supporting and guiding the technical aspects of initiatives related to advanced 5G services, Mobile Broadband, and IoT.

This position requires advanced technical capabilities, a firm understanding of IT development and data management frameworks, as well as the ability to cultivate cross-departmental relationships while ensuring customer needs are met through market insights.

You will work with areas and tasks such as:

• Define product requirements and analysis to maintain and develop the product roadmap.
• Conduct research to validate IT and development resources needed develop new larger and smaller projects. Ensure it aligns with the product roadmap by having close collaboration with the Commercial Product Manager.
• Technical requirements and development of advanced 5G services, Mobile Broadband and IoT.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from relevant stakeholders. Use your creativity to brainstorm and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to gather insights and ideas. Bring ideas to action by taking the business rationale into how it will be developed. Own the development part of the process.
• Collaborate effectively with IT, product teams, innovation teams, technology, and marketing to facilitate effective product development and launches.
• Support the Commercial Product Manager in how to constantly improve commercial performance and bring ideas in play
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future iterations and improvements.
• Stay informed about market trends, user behavior, and technological advancements to inspire forward-thinking product strategies

• An attitude geared towards problem-solving, paired with a systematic strategy
• Proficient understanding of information technology and data management. Preferred to have experience within telecommunications.
• Solid stakeholder management skills to communicate clearly and effectively with all parts of the organization
• Comprehensive knowledge of product management and development practices. Understanding of Mobility and IoT area is preferred, but not a need.
• Experience from a similar role within Product Management or technical responsibility
• Capable analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by a data-driven perspective.
• Demonstrated capacity to effectively convey information in both Danish and English
• Highly effective in organizing tasks and overseeing various projects simultaneously.
• Can communicate with IT and development departments and translate the technical parts to commercial understandable actions
