Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Procurement Engineer at GTU Engineering & Consultancy. The role involves managing purchasing processes, supplier negotiation, purchase management, and purchase orders. The position is based in Istanbul with the flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian for speaking, writing and listening
• English Language is an asset.
• Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Orders skills
• Supplier Negotiation and Analytical Skills
• Experience in technical procurement and supply chain management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the water or energy industry is a plus
