Position - Operation Manager

Location - KL Sentral

Working Hrs/ Days - 9 am to 6 pm (Mon-Fri)

Budget - RM11,000 -15000

Operations Manager to oversee the technical support operations, drive performance, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall operational strategy and delivery.
• Ensure achievement of SLAs and operational metrics.
• Manage workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Build strong client relationships and handle escalations.
• Partner with tech leads and trainers to maintain high-quality support.
• Drive customer satisfaction and operational stability

Required Skills:

• Understanding of tech support operations.
• Strong leadership, operations, and management skills

Experience:

1+ year technical exposure; 3+ years operations/management experience

Any Technical experience related to O365, Azure, and Intune is preferred.
