This is not a back-office role - it's for a proven professional who can walk into a mechanical room, speak confidently to a facility executive, and drive end-to-end outcomes through both leadership and field-tested expertise. Key Responsibilities: Lead high-level technical consultations with commercial clients, offering strategic solutions for complex HVAC and refrigeration challenges. Drive the diagnosis, scope development, and solution architecture for large repairs, system retrofits, and capital replacement opportunities. Oversee job performance from consultation through execution, including part logistics, technician coordination, and customer communication. Serve as the primary technical authority on large-scale service work, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and long-term performance. Mentor and support field technicians on advanced diagnostics, best practices, and continuous improvement in service delivery. This role will also support our sales process by helping prepare professional job proposals.
