The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the development of new products, ensure technical feasibility, and drive innovation within our R&D and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the R&D department, overseeing product development from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components.

Qualifications:
