A 10+ years of working experience as direct IT Technical Project Management experience, including Project Plan creation and management, Analysis of requirements and documentation, Stakeholder buy-in, Project Budget Management, Project Issue and Risk mitigation and resolution, Project Communication and follow-up.

  • Broad IT background with domain experience or knowledge in IT security, user collaboration tools, desktops, networks, application hosting and call centers. Highly motivated with proven success meeting commitments in a deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence opinion without direct managerial control. Strategic thinker. Customer focused and results driven.

  • Responsibilities
  • Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
  • Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
  • Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
  • Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Defining and managing project schedules, resources and delivery commitments
  • Managing Scrum standup meetings
  • Setting up tasks using the CA Agile Central tool
  • Performing data collection and analysis activities using MS Excel
  • Conducting weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project is kept on target
  • Collaborating with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Creating/Updating project status reports for program rollup and management review
  • Mitigating and managing project risks and issues
  • Project Budget Management, Project Issue and Risk mitigation

Process Skills

  • Capable of analyzing requirements as per project defined software process.
  • Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
  • Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute for the problem solving.

Behavioral Skills

  • Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
  • Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
  • Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Certification

Education qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
