Meet The Team

Join our innovative software testing team as aTechnical Lead – V&V! This senior-level role is pivotal in providing expertise in test automation and frameworks for cloud-native components. If you're passionate about driving change in the test engineering space and leading both vision and change that benefits the entire organization, you'll excel in our dynamic and collaborative environment.

Where You Come In

• Youprovide expertise in test automation and frameworks for cloud-native components.
• Youprovide direction, expertise, and leadership in test automation development, including both test case and test framework development.
• Youprovide direction, expertise, and leadership in identifying software project risks and the mitigations in place to address them via test strategy and coverage.
• Youare passionate about being a change-agent in the test engineering space; you develop and lead both vision and change that benefits the entire organization.
• Youare hands-on in technical design, coding, and execution.
• Youunderstand and drive proficiency with software tools for test management, requirements management, engineering analysis, and statistical analysis.
• Youhave hands-on experience with continuous delivery and trunk-based development.
  
  

What makes you successful:

• Youhave a proven history of test automation development at a high level, including test case modular design, complex test framework architecture, and integration of components which include both in-house developed and off-the-shelf.
• Youare proficient in at least one major programming language such as Python, JAVA, etc.
• Yourhigh degree of diligence in coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and attention to detail is exceptional.
• Yourprior CI/CD implementation experience and knowledge of SDLC are solid.
• Youdesire to work in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
• Yourverbal and written communication skills are excellent.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
• At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
