Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net technologies, Microservices, Docker, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Team Lead you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, as well as mentoring junior developers and contributing to the overall technical strategy.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Job Summary:


The .NET Tech Lead is responsible for leading the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring high-quality code, and guiding team members. The .NET Tech Lead will work closely with stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Architecture & Design: Participate in designing and architecting .NET applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security, develop technical specifications and system designs along with technical architect.
  • Code Quality: Oversee code quality through code reviews, best practices, and coding standards. Ensure the team adheres to established development processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. Provide support and maintenance for existing applications.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance development processes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, system designs, and development processes.
  • Team Development: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies. Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and other .NET technologies.
    • Experience with test case frameworks (e.g., Moq, xUnit)
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), microservices architecture, Docker.
    • Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
    • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in coding and system design.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and guide a development team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in relevant .NET technologies / cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry will be plus point.
