The IT Data and Analytics department within the IT group is in charge of defining enterprise data and data architecture, producing data models and data transformation to support analytics and reporting needs across all BDO applications.

As an MDM Technical Lead, you will be responsible in designing, implementing, and managing the technical architecture and solutions for Master Data Management (MDM) systems. This role ensures the scalability, security, and performance of MDM platforms and integrations while aligning with enterprise data strategies.

Role Responsibilities:

• Define the technical architecture for MDM systems, including data models, workflows, and integration frameworks.
• Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and ETL processes to support data flow and synchronization.
• Oversees initiatives for improving data management processes.
• Collaborate with data stewards and governance teams to ensure MDM solutions meet compliance requirements.
• Monitor and optimize MDM system performance, including scalability, throughput, and response times.
• Support data governance model that will establish and document data creation, update guidelines and decision rights
• Evaluate and recommend MDM tools, technologies, and enhancements to meet organizational needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM system architecture, configurations, and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics.
• At least 8 years of experience in IT, with 3-5 years in MDM implementation and technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying MDM solutions at an enterprise scale.
• Certifications in MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP, IBM) or related data management tools.
