Roles & Responsibilities
- As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for understanding and learning Product domain and
Software and hence build the product development team you are required to lead for product
software features/bugs end-to-end development and deployment. In this role, you will utilize
your experience to find technical gaps and build technical capability within the team.
- Responsible for writing production-level code and debugging issues
- Responsible for Product software development team deliverables from requirements to final
code delivery with required SW Quality.
- Learn Product Domain and Software to provide technical mentorship to teams.
- Expected to be willing in programming, software development and managing teams of 3-7
developers.
- Given the requirement, expected to define functional specification, design specification,
implementation & and verification plan.
- Require strong communication skills to interact and influence stakeholders as you will need to
interact with the end users of the products and applications engineering teams.
- He / She should be an expert in software development Life cycle and exposure to Agile
development methodologies.
- Expected to be good at problem-solving and debugging.
- Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments and support team
members to deliver on expectations.
- Involvement in hiring and building a task force for the team.
- As a project technical lead on the planning and tracking of deliverables.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should be playing a Lead role with 3 - 7 years of experience in software development with
exposures to Software Architecture, coding, bug fixing, maintenance, continuous integration
releases
- Should be currently hands-on with coding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have worked on scalable products and have exposure to AWS
- Should be experienced in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript
- Experience with Unix/Linux environment
- Experience working with databases like MySQL
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins will be an added advantage
- Having worked on some Machine Learning products will be an advantage.
