Technical Lead - Java Developer

MyNextHire is looking for a Technical Lead Java Backend Developer who is passionate for Java technology, building scalable, high-performance backend systems and has experience in API First System for speed, information security, and business logic. As a technical leader, youll not only write clean, robust code but also mentor a team of developers, contributeto leading innovative design, and ensure to come up with creative technical designs that scale and are secure

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend services using Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Drive the architecture and design of backend systems that support high concurrency and low latency.
• Work closely with Product Managers, DevOps, QAs and Frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance tuning of backend systems.
• Manage and optimize RESTful APIs, asynchronous processes, and microservices architecture.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.
• Take ownership of project delivery timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend development experience with Java.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Solid grasp of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Deep understanding of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge databases like PostgreSQL, Dynamo DB, redis etc.
• Good knowledge with cloud platforms such as AWS
