About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Tech Leads with a strong passion for full-stack development. If you have over 8 years of hands-on experience in technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, Angular, React, AWS, Azure, GCP, SQL, and NoSQL, and excel at tackling complex business challenges with innovative solutions, this role is an ideal fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the hands-on Tech Lead for one or more agile development teams, guiding projects from inception to completion while ensuring the highest standards of software engineering excellence.

· Lead the adoption and implementation of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices to create scalable, resilient, and secure systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that our solutions meet top-tier quality and performance standards.

· Take full ownership of designing, implementing, and deploying production-grade web and cloud-based applications. Utilize CI/CD pipelines to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

· Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to transform project requirements into detailed technical specifications. Your ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members will be essential.

· Lead the way in discovering and implementing innovative solutions to business challenges. Your strong analytical skills will help you address obstacles and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

· Provide mentorship and guidance to your team, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional development. You will play a key role in nurturing the next generation of tech leaders at Yotta Techports.

What You Bring:

Extensive Experience: Over 8 years of full-stack development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Your comprehensive knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies will be essential to your success.

Leadership Expertise: More than 6 years of experience in technology leadership, consulting, and project management. You have at least 2 years of people management experience, having successfully led and mentored teams of 5 or more developers.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js), front-end frameworks (Angular, React), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You possess strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to take ownership of complex issues and drive them to resolution. You excel in managing competing priorities and ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals.

Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments, focusing on continuous improvement, process optimization, and ensuring product reliability.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. You are skilled at building consensus and fostering collaboration across teams.
