What is in it for you?

Responsibilities

As a Technical Lead in HL7, you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include:

• Develop interfaces using Mirth Connect interface engine.
• Perform analysis of the HL7 messages provided by the client.
• Perform unit testing for the developed interfaces.
• Co ordinate with the project team members and client
• Attend the client meetings and internal project meetings as per the schedule.
• Perform stringent work reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
• Project regular project updates to the stake holders
• Provide technical support and training to other users

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree - BE/BTech/MTech/BCA/MCA/BSc (IT/CS)
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
  
  

Skills

Mandatory Technical skills

• Expert on HL7 v2.x
• Should have experience with interface development on Interface engines like Mirth Connect/Ensemble/Cloverleaf/ etc.
• Should have experience with writing SQL queries.
• Should have good experience with JavaScript.
• Should have experience with interface testing.
• Should have good understanding of Radiology workflows.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Should have ability to understand interface and downstream application specifications.
• Should have good written and verbal communication skills
• Should have experience on using project management tools like JIRA/Salesforce/Service Now, etc.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good understanding of healthcare data privacy and security standards

• Knowledge of US Healthcare Workflows
• Experience working with CCDA
