We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead with expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models, and systems, setting strategic direction, and ensuring successful delivery of technological initiatives. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of technology, exceptional management skills, and a track record of driving engineering excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into the team's workflow.
• Build and manage the engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Define, maintain, and collaborate cross-functionally on product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and market needs.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in engineering, including Agile methodologies, code quality, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a tier 1 institution in Computer Science, Data Science,
• Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on ML/AI technologies and 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing, and model evaluation.
• Experience with popular ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their ML services.
• Familiarity with data engineering practices and big data technologies (e. g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, first principles thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
