Job Title: Technical Lead

Experience in Architecting, providing Technical Solution and Proposal defending

Exp. In IBM FileNet P8 5.5

FileNet technical architect (FileNet case foundation, IBM case manager) 

Hand-on experience in effort estimates and schedule preparations

Hand on experience with ICM Application development, script, widgets  

Ability to split the implementation schedule into phases

Hand-on experience JAVA, SPRING, JSP 

Exp. In ECM solutioning

Experience to build assumptions to tightly frame the boundary conditions of the solution

Team activities tracking and project progress

Ability to work and assist IBM FileNet application team

Communicate progress & issues to the stakeholders

Documentation on all deployment, processes, configuration and change management

Job Requirement (The Skill required)

Hand on experience (Min: 6 years) with in Architecting, providing Technical Solution 

Hand on experience (Min: 6+ years) with FileNet P8 setup (4.x & 5.x)

Experience with integrating FileNet security with Active Directory.

Hand on experience with ICM Application development, script, widgets  

Experience in FileNet technical architect (FileNet case foundation, IBM case manager)

Hand-on experience JAVA, SPRING, JSP 

Experiences with Interface on DB2 and SQL Server required

Ability to develop, implement and adopt Systems Performance Monitoring

Experienced with document classification and indexing of data

Must Have

Data Migration in ICM 5.x

Experience of IBM Case Manager (ICM) 5.3.1 API Development, Task design

Experience on ICN customization using IBM FileNet Suits of Products, widget

Good in verbal and written communication

Experience of Server Sizing, and architecting High availability solution using IBM FileNet Suits of Products
