Role Overview

As a Technical Lead - Data Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented data scientists and analysts in delivering innovative, data-driven solutions. You will leverage your expertise in AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI to build advanced analytics products, and drive impactful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Design and implement end-to-end data analytics solutions using Python, AIML, and deep learning techniques.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on expertise in the areas of machine learning, deep learning, and advanced analytics.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of data-driven projects, from data collection and cleaning to model building, deployment, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure the adoption of best practices in code quality, version control, and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI/ML, deep learning, and NLP to continuously enhance the team’s capabilities.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  
  

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, AI/ML, and deep learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks/libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms and their applications.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of data professionals, with hands-on experience in project management and team development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data challenges into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
