Production Support Lead
* At least 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java/MS development
* Prior experience of working as Technical lead for application development and production support areas.
* Experience of REST/SOAP API development
* Hands Experience of AWS Cloud services is a must
* Experience in DevOps, BPM development using Camunda/Flowable etc.
* Strong experience in SQL scripting
* Knowledge on Monitoring tools e.g., New Relic, and understand how monitoring tools fit in IT landscape
* Knowledge on Service Now -CMDB, JIRA for service management
* Knowledge of ITSM processes e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management,
* Experience of working in Onsite|Offshore model
Roles & Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement advanced solutions to solve complex business problems across various domains.
* Provide Production support services
* Ability to identify Automation opportunities and implement
* Able to provide best practice for Support processes
* Able to take transition from incumbent vendor
* Able to document technical architecture and Integration
* Able to co-ordinate with different IT groups to resolve L2|L3 issues
* Knowledge on Java Tech stack
* Able to plan different Maintenance-Adaptive, Perfective, Corrective & Preventative
* Able to drive solution on System Restoration calls and co-ordinate with different teams
Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year
