Overview

Seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the development and integration of an Asset Management System, with expertise in ServiceNow, CMDB, database integration, and data synchronization.

Position

Full-time Contract Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and customization of Software Asset Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Design and configure CMDB for asset tracking and integration
• Develop workflows, automation processes, and reports
• Build dashboards with visualizations (e.g., heat maps, drill-downs)
• Integrate systems with platforms like WebEOR, SEAM, and OSL via APIs/ETL
• Conduct data transformation and consolidation
• Ensure data accuracy and synchronization across systems
• Utilize SQL and NoSQL for database querying and integration
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Software Asset Management (especially ServiceNow)
• Strong understanding of CMDB, databases, APIs, and ETL tools
• Dashboard development and data visualization experience
• Experience in data integration and synchronization
• Prior USPS experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4+ additional years of related experience if no degree

USPS clearance preferred; must be open to onsite work in Merrifield, VA
