• Develop reference models and maintain information in the IT repository.
• Identify gaps and create transition plans toward target architecture.

• Support technical integration via test planning, validation, and reviews.

• Conduct governance and portfolio management for compliance.
• Apply security policies and practices across enterprise architecture.

Skills Required

The Technical Lead will possess knowledge and experience in:

• Organizational mission, IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture principles and reference models, and program management principles.
• Enterprise architecture models, strategic and IT goals, and metrics sufficient to:
• Align IT specifications with business requirements.
• Identify improvements to meet organizational goals.
• Implement metrics to evaluate architecture objectives.
• Methods for sharing information through IT assets.
• Project management concepts, methods, and practices.
• Enterprise architecture and IT disciplines to:
• Develop architecture plans, strategic drivers, target architectures, sequencing, segments, and reference models.
• Technical documentation methods.
• Effective written and verbal communication and report preparation.

Skills Preferred

• Competent in assessing/documenting procedures and modernizing tools/workflows.
• Skilled in training staff, managing Intune policies/devices, and resolving issues.
• Knowledgeable in compliance, security baselines, and Conditional Access.
• Oversees Intune-managed mobile deployments (e.g., Cityworks AMS); collaborates to optimize performance.
• Experienced in integrating Intune with GIS and Cityworks AMS.
• Proficient in ABM, Windows Autopilot, and automating enrollment/provisioning.
• Aware of mobile continuity and recovery planning; skilled in lifecycle strategies.
• Knowledgeable in mobile billing reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
• Manages service requests/account adjustments across divisions.
• Skilled in reporting compliance, device health, and inventory tracking.
• Adept in auditing policy compliance and enforcing standards.
• Serves as primary support contact; manages appointments and provides training.
• Develops user documentation and support materials.
• Proficient in purchase orders, vendor coordination, and asset inventory.
• Deep understanding of mobile security and endpoint protection.
• Advanced knowledge of Conditional Access and compliance policies.
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation and workflow efficiency.
• Basic understanding of networking (IP, VPNs, firewalls) and ITSM tools.

Experience Required

• Five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
• At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

Experience Preferred

• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, including implementation of compliance policies, security baselines, and Conditional Access.
• 3+ years of experience managing Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot for automated device enrollment.
• 3+ years of experience managing full mobile device lifecycle and providing end-user support across iOS, Windows, and macOS.
• 3+ years of experience scripting with PowerShell (or similar tools) to automate endpoint management tasks.

Education Required

• This classification requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

Education Preferred

• Microsoft Certifications (MD-102, SC-900).
