Job Description:

As a Technical Lead in AI/ML, you will play a pivotal role in leading our AI/ML initiatives and driving the development of intelligent features within our recruitment platform. You will be responsible for the technical direction of AI/ML projects, mentoring a team of talented engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AI/ML engineers.
  • Define the technical vision and strategy for AI/ML projects, aligning with product goals and business objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI/ML solutions.
  • Make key architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and AI/ML.
  • AI/ML Development:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning models, algorithms, and techniques for various recruitment-related tasks (e.g., candidate sourcing, matching, screening, and prediction).
  • Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve the accuracy and efficiency of our AI/ML models.
  • Integrate and fine-tune pre-trained language models (e.g., BERT, GPT) to suit specific AI/ML applications.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML tools, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our products.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Mentoring and Team Development:
  • Mentor and coach junior AI/ML engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the AI/ML team.
  • Quality and Process:
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, development processes, and quality assurance practices for AI/ML projects.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of AI/ML solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP), information retrieval, and text mining.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying AI/ML solutions in a cloud environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with deep learning, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs).
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
  • Knowledge of database systems, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
  • Experience with MLOps practices and tools for automating the deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in relevant conferences/journals.
  • Experience in the recruitment technology industry.
