Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical and Warranty Manager to join our After-Sales Service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical support, developing technical competences at dealers, warranty claims supervision, and ensuring compliance with OEM standards. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage both internal teams and external relationships with OEMs and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support to the service team, including diagnosing complex vehicle issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations from technicians and customers.
• Organize regular training sessions for service staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Ensure all service and repair work comply with OEM standards and dealership policies.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, local regulations, and industry best practices in all after-sales operations.
• Oversee the processing and submission of warranty claims to OEMs.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement in warranty processes and technical support.
• Ensure all warranty claims are accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines.
• Monitor warranty claim approvals and resolve any disputes or rejections with manufacturers.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on warranty performance and technical challenges.

Skills & Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive technical support and warranty management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and OEMs.
• Strong understanding of Electric Vehicle servicing, diagnosis and repair
• Experience with Automotive OEM/Importer would be highly desirable
