They are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales / Implementation Consultant to join their team and drive successful customer engagements.

Role Overview: The Pre-Sales / Implementation Consultant will play a crucial role in both the pre-sales and implementation phases of customer projects. This position requires a strong technical background in Data & AI, with hands-on expertise in areas such as Data Governance, Data Quality, or Master Data Management. You will interact directly with customers, lead implementation projects, and work closely with both on-shore and off-shore teams. Your field insights will be vital for shaping our client’s product offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pre-Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to assess their data management needs and demonstrate the value of our client’s solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, deliver tailored product presentations, and conduct demonstrations aligned with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to craft customized solutions and proposals that address customer objectives.
  
  

Post-Sales / Implementation

• Oversee the complete implementation process for new customers, ensuring a seamless deployment and integration of our client’s solutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, including project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance throughout the implementation phase, working closely with customer teams.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during the post-sales phase.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to offer actionable insights to the product team for ongoing improvement.
• Coordinate with on-shore and off-shore teams to align customer needs with product development and enhancements.
  
  

What They’re Looking For

• Strong technical expertise in Data & AI with hands-on experience in Data Management (such as Data Governance, Data Quality, or Master Data Management) or Data Analytics, with a background in enabling Advanced Analytics and AI in customer environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer-facing engagements, deliver technical presentations, and manage successful implementation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing complex technical challenges.
• Experience working with distributed teams, showcasing strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in providing actionable feedback to product teams based on customer interactions and field experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Data Management or AI are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales and implementation roles within the tech or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction in technical implementations.
• Strong understanding of data management best practices and current industry trends.
