Are you a hands-on technical specialist with a passion for process improvement and system optimisation? We're looking for a Technical ERP Implementation Specialist to join our growing team at a leading manufacturing and engineering company based in Witney, Oxfordshire.
This is a hybrid role, offering a unique opportunity to play a key part in the design, development, and deployment of our ERP systems – starting with purchasing and inventory control and scaling up to full production and quality workflows.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Initially, your focus will be on:
- Raising and managing Purchase Orders

As the business grows and our ERP system evolves, your role will expand into:
- Implementing assembly and production modules
- Introducing MRP (Material Requirements Planning) functionality
- Setting up and managing work orders
- Integrating quality and continuous improvement (Q+S) processes
- Identifying areas for process optimisation and system enhancement
This is a technical role – not a consultancy post – and you’ll be embedded within the operational side of the business, working closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
About You:
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and system management, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Comfortable working hands-on with technical systems and interfacing with platforms like QuickBooks
- Familiar with inventory control and purchasing workflows
- Exposure to MRP, work order management, and quality systems is highly desirable
- A problem-solver who enjoys refining processes and building scalable systems
- Able to work independently while also collaborating cross-functionally
What’s in It for You?
- Competitive salary between £40,000 – £65,000, with flexibility based on your experience and skill set
- Hybrid working setup – a balance of on-site and remote working
- Join a growing business at a pivotal stage of system transformation
- Real ownership and input in shaping how ERP supports our future operations
