About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented External Communications Specialist to help us craft and deliver clear, customer-facing updates about our electronic trading venues and new technology solutions. You’ll own the end-to-end process—from editing technical copy to publishing Customer Notice emails and refreshing content.

What You’ll Do

• Copyedit & Coordinate
• Gather weekly updates from product, operations, and IT teams
• Polish technical language into concise, actionable Customer Notice emails
• Manage review cycles and approvals so emails go out seamlessly
• Website Content Management
• Ensure all site content meets brand and style standards
• Email Automation & Delivery
• Build and send campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, XMatters, or similar tools
• Monitor delivery status, troubleshoot issues, and update contact lists
• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Who You Are

• 3+ years editing and sending customer-facing emails via automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, XMatters, etc.)
• Bachelors in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Expert copyeditor with a knack for translating complex technical details into clear messaging
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholder reviews each week
• Hands-on experience with AEM (or another CMS), basic HTML, and G Workspace
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus
