We are currently expanding our team in Hyderabad and Bangalore to support a major project for one of our European clients in the telecommunications industry and are looking for talented Technical Writers to join us.

Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and passionate Technical Documentation Specialists to create high-quality technical documentation for a large-scale project involving radio access networks and mobile telecommunications. This project requires close collaboration with product developers to understand technical specifications and create accurate, topic-based documentation. We have openings for Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Technical Writers. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent writing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities (vary based on experience level):

• Research, write, and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Translate complex technical information into easily understandable content for various audiences.
• Follow established documentation standards and style guides.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of documentation processes.
• Manage documentation projects and timelines (for Senior roles).
• Mentor and guide junior writers (for Senior roles).
• Create high-quality technical content within the client's tool ecosystem, primarily using DITA and Markdown.
• Adhere to the client's existing Product Information processes and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, DITA, Markdown).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience Levels:

• Junior Technical Writer: 3+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Mid-Level Technical Writer: 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Senior Technical Writer: 8+ years of experience in technical writing, with experience leading documentation projects.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly with radio access networks.
• Familiarity with DITA and Markdown.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
