🚀 What You’ll Do – Your Mission:

As a key member of our team, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things documentation. You’ll:

• 📝 Create and maintain user-friendly technical manuals that guide and empower.
• 🧠 Maintain accurate product documentation and master data in our SyteLine ERP system.
• 🔧 Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and ensure up-to-date production documentation.
• 🧾 Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) using business system software.
• 🤝 Collaborate across departments—engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing—to bring our documentation to life.
• 🚀 Drive special projects that elevate product quality and process efficiency.
• 🧩 Be a key player in cross-functional communication and documentation excellence.

🧑‍💻 Who You Are – What You Bring:

• ✔️ 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• 🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 🧾 Strong understanding of BOM structures, technical drawings, and document organization
• 🧠 Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator)
• 📊 Experience with ERP systems (SyteLine is a major plus)

🎓 Education & Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident
• Must be able to meet general physical requirements (stairs, sitting, computer use, etc.)
