Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 15-16 years of expertise in sales, strategy, and client relationships, with a focus on Cloud and AI technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership and clients, providing strategic insights and advice on industry trends to drive business growth. You will work closely with CTOs and other technical leaders to identify and address client needs with cutting-edge solutions, while leveraging your deep understanding of emerging technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Strategy Leadership: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive the growth of cloud and AI solutions within the portfolio. Cultivate new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, providing strategic insights, and offering tailored solutions that drive business success.
  • Industry Trends & Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Cloud and AI, and provide thought leadership to both clients and internal teams. Help clients navigate technology transformations and offer solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Collaboration with CTOs & Technical Teams: Work closely with Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) and other technical leaders to advise on relevant tech trends, and support the alignment of client needs with cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and drive the portfolio strategy, ensuring it meets client needs while being in alignment with market trends and company goals.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15-16 years of experience in a strategy, sales, or client-facing role within the technology sector, with a focus on Cloud and AI solutions.
  • Experience working within the banking and financial industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships, providing consultative sales, and offering strategic insights.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud and AI technologies, with the ability to advise clients on their implementation and impact on their business.
  • Ability to stay up to date on industry trends and evolving technology landscapes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership, technical teams, and clients
