• Asigura suport tehnic in activitatea comerciala, activitatea de project-management, de coordonare tehnica si punere in aplicare a proiectelor
• Urmareste din punct de vedere tehnic si economic derularea contractelor
• Raspunde de implementarea in parametri optimi din punct de vedere tehnic a proiectelor
• Dezvolta un plan de lucru detaliat de punere in aplicare a proiectului din punct de vedere tehnic
• Incheie contractele cu furnizorii si subcontractantii pentru punerea in aplicare a proiectului de care raspunde din punct de vedere tehnic
• Obtine autorizatiile necesare implementarii proiectelor
• Intocmeste o analiza tehnico-economica a contractelor
• Analizeaza riscuri ale proiectului – identifica, analizeaza, monitorizeaza riscuri
• Participa la sedintele cu subcontractorii, cu furnizorii de echipamente si servicii, cu beneficiarul
• Face inspectii pe santier pentru a evalua progresul lucrarilor in raport cu graficul de executie si propune corectii
• Intocmeste documentatia tehnica necesara punerii in aplicare a proiectului conform prevederilor din contract: procese verbale, traduceri autorizate, formularistica de specialitate
• Participa la sedintele de receptie a lucrarilor
• Intocmeste scrisorile companiei in legatura cu activitatile din prezenta Fisa de post
• Respecta procedurile de lucru ale departamentelor cu care interactioneaza in interiorul companiei;
• Respectă Regulamentul Intern al companiei
