Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Design Manager to lead our transportation design projects in Minneapolis, collaborating with MnDOT, local municipalities, and city agencies. This role is ideal for a seasoned transportation engineer who excels in project management, technical leadership, and mentorship. The Technical Design Manager will oversee highway, roadway, and multimodal projects, while coaching and developing a team of younger engineers.

Key Responsibilities
