The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our high-performing Delivery team and help us bring bold ideas to life through technology.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the assessment, coordination, and implementation of innovative, customer-led IT solutions. You’ll take ownership of delivering reliable, end-to-end tech solutions across platforms, integrations, and migration projects—ensuring they are stable, secure, and scalable.

Working closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our delivery capability, aligning technology with strategic business goals, and contributing to our continued growth.

Everyday life as a Technical Delivery Manager

● Partner with Solution Architects and Project Managers to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and tangible business impact

● Work closely with vendors to manage relationships and ensure high-quality outcomes. Help manage and drive technical outcomes

● Guide and mentor cross-functional teams to stay aligned with project goals, technical excellence, and agile delivery practices

● Leverage your technical background to bridge the gap between technical and business needs

● Understand and oversee the entire technology solution, from deployment through to implementation and ongoing optimisation

● Collaborate with all stakeholders to drive migration and integration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing improvement

● Apply a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset to proactively manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and uphold governance and documentation standards

● Provide a Level 3 technical support capability for a specific technology stream


Knowledge & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Systems

● 3-5 years of relevant technology implementation and solution-oriented experience.

● Expert understanding of HTTP-based applications and services, cloud infrastructure and REST/SOAP-based API’s

● Knowledge of software processes and project management: Agile/SDLC/ITSM/ITIL

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

● An ability to foster strong working and stakeholder relationships
