Overview: Our client is looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to ensure product delivery occurs and to spearhead the overall capability. This role will be setting and leading the roadmap and guiding teams and stakeholder through to success, identifying and coordinating with external teams/technology that offer key inputs or outputs to the solution, and acts as the main business facilitator for the intake of requirements and the dissemination of information. This person will collaboratively craft the future of current/new use cases, lead hand in hand with digital colleagues to define and deliver solutions, and make sure the product is bringing value to end users. Responsibilities * Define ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the group. * Spearhead end to end team output strategy from inception to production. * Work closely with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements. * Creating and maintaining KPIs and quantitative measures of product success that are digestible both by internal & external stakeholders of varying organizational levels. * Collaborate closely with leadership to define each product's business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary. * Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos. * Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design. * Align outward facing product requirements and stakeholders. Qualifications: * Established knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant industry (Quote to Cash: Quoting, Pricing, Contracting). * Demonstrated expereince with complex, cloud-native technical architectures and the alignment to enterprise architecture standards. * Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business. * Established knowledge and understanding of software development practices, technology and supporting industry principles that maximize team velocity. * Understanding and knowledge of various roles throughout the enterprise in both IT and business units, ability to drive alignment and understanding between stakeholders. * Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.) * Strong experience leading with teams in an agile setting. * Superb leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor. * Excellent communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders. * Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress. * Understands enterprise architecture and can drive alignment within team; technical background as developer or architect preferred.
