We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between customers and our internal technical, sales, and logistics teams—ensuring fast, accurate, and professional support related to aircraft parts inquiries, orders, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding part specifications, availability, lead times, etc.
Assist customers with the ordering process; enter orders accurately and efficiently
Provide technical guidance on part identification, compatibility, and proper usage
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
Maintain detailed records of customer communications in CRM systems
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a customer service role in a similar industry
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Microsoft Office proficiency
