We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between customers and our internal technical, sales, and logistics teams—ensuring fast, accurate, and professional support related to aircraft parts inquiries, orders, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding part specifications, availability, lead times, etc.
  • Assist customers with the ordering process; enter orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide technical guidance on part identification, compatibility, and proper usage
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
  • Maintain detailed records of customer communications in CRM systems

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role in a similar industry
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
