We are looking for a Technical Coordinator who will be working closely with DC Engineering team, Projects Team & DC Operations team to ensure that engineering activities are completed on time, within timeline, and to the required specifications. This role typically involves supporting DC Engineering team, scheduling, technical documentation preparations, technical documents reviews, procurement support, and communication between internal and external stakeholders.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of engineering activities relevant ot DC takeover.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure take over requirements are met.
  • Monitor project timelines, review the handover engineering documents and updates to DC engineering managers.
  • Provide support to manage, organize and file all engineering documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and reports including ensuring easy accessibility.
  • Support to create and review Operations & engineering documentation such as SOP, MOP EOP, including technical specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Review the planner as per the Job Instructions and optimize with the guidance of DC engineering team
  • Prepare the PM KPI report and update to DC Engineering.
  • Support Technical audit on the technical documents & operational documents
  • Coordinate schedules for engineering teams, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Organize site visits and other project-related logistics.
  • Assist in ordering materials, tools, and equipment for engineering projects in coordination with the procurement team.
  • Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain records of inventory and assist with cost analysis for purchasing decisions.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering teams, contractors, and other departments.
  • Communicate progress reports, technical challenges, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing emails, and maintaining project databases.
  • Support engineering managers with administrative duties, such as preparing presentations or compiling data for meetings.
  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  • The job holder may be required to undertake additional duties, which may be reasonably expected and forms part of the function of the job.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering


Minimum Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience technical coordination or administrative role in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data center operational requirements.
  • Proficiency in using engineering documents review & and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities


Job-Specific Skills (Generic/ Technical):


  • Fluency in English (read, write, speaks) with strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently and work in a high-pressure environment meet deadlines and simultaneously coordinate multiple projects.
  • self-driven, work independently with minimal supervision, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical, problem solver, logical thinker with attention to detail. Ability to instructions furnished in written, oral, or presentation form.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledgeable of data center best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of engineering terminology and principles (may be specific to the industry).
