The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing content templates, and enhancing user experience through effective communication.
What You Will Be Doing
Research, write, and edit content such as user manuals, technical specifications, and process documents.
Collaborate with development and support teams to gather accurate information.
Create and maintain information architecture templates that meet organizational standards.
Develop visuals and diagrams to enhance comprehension of technical documentation.
Work with engineering and design teams to refine user experience and UI content.
What You Will Need
Proven experience in creating documentation for multiple audiences.
Proficiency in content organization, data migration, and creating visuals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Experience with the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
